DEMARCE, Rod- Passed peacefully away at his residence on Sunday, May 2, 2010, Rod Demarce of Western Bay, age 70 years. Predeceased by parents: George and Marie; son: Joseph; granddaughter: Chantelle; sister: Marguerite; brothers: Eddy, Arthur, Donald, Leo and Bernard. Leaving to mourn, wife: Julia; one daughter: Veronica Bowes, Windsor, ON; two sons: Richard (Jana) White, Timmens, ON and David (Julie) White, Harrow, ON; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; five sisters: Evangeline Mizon, Burlington, ON, Helen Shriver, Windsor, ON, Eleanor Barnes, LaSalle, ON, Gladys Marino, Las Vegas, USA, Marie (Buddy) Ellwood, Leamington, ON;four brothers: Harold (Dorothy), Walkerton, ON, Larry (Kay), Niagara Falls, ON, Ernie (Merlie), LaSalle, ON and George (Angie), Windsor, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Ray Dwyer for his helpful visits and to Ricky for his special visit and his help. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday, May 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. and Wednesday, May 5, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral mass to take place on Wednesday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Rod's memory may be made to the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church Restoration Fund, Western Bay.
