Heartbroken, to have lost such a special lady in my life. I will forever treasure our laughs, tears and everything else that we did together. She was a rock to me, so many years ago, and she encouraged me to travel this life and be content every day. and then, I got to help her to do the same. We had a bond, that was only known to us..Thank you for the memories. Valerie and Kim, be encouraged to live each day, to the finest it can be and think only of the wonderful life she had and gave to you both. RIP my special friend.

Sincere condolences to Valerie, Kim & families. So much can be said about your Mom, a pillar in our little community, church & lodge. She was quick with her wit & up for a joke. She was the fastest to whip up her famous peanut butter cups or a dozen jam tarts! My kids enjoyed the PB cups, while Todd & Ben made short work on her tarts!
I have my dear Mom's rolling pin which gives me a sense of comfort when reaching for it. So too, with Susie's baking cap. I'll wear the baking cap with a sense of pride.
As you enter that haven of rest, glory is yours now Jam Tart Susie. You've well earned it!

To: Val & Kim & Family.
Sorry to hear of aunt Sues passing. Aunt Maisie and I enjoyed several visits to see her and I was glad I got to see Kim this summer. A person I haven’t seen in years. We shared a few laughs. Especially about how Aunt Sues would always deliver a bag full of Kim’s used clothing for me to wear. Kim always had nice clothing.
Aunt Sues & Uncle Tom attended every event our family had.
I am saddened I am unable to attend the service tomorrow.
Your All in my thoughts today and the coming days ahead.
Rest Easy Aunt Sues.

The UCW of Memorial united are saddened by the loss of our dear member and friend. Susie was our secretary for years. Loving and kind, always up for a laugh. She was dedicated to her church and Lodge, and made sure everything was running smoothly. She kept us all on our toes. Although she’s been absent from our group for a while now, she was never far from our thoughts and was spoke about often. Fly high with the angels our dear Susie. Val , Kim and families, hold on
to your precious memories.

Kim, Val and families,I was saddened to hear of your mom’s passing, may the wonderful memories you have created with her over the years comfort you in the coming days and weeks as you learn to move forward without her. I enjoyed coming to have a visit with her each time she came to Nova Scotia to visit Kim and her family, she has been a part of my life ever since I was a child when she came to our house to visit mom and dad on special occasions, may she rest peacefully, sending healing hugs to you both as well as to the members of the extended family
