Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Friday, January 20, 2023, Doris I. Squires of Victoria, age 98 years. Predeceased by first husband, Louis Morris and second husband, Allan Joseph; parents: Edward and Mae Wheeler; brothers: Roy and Clarence; sister: Frances. Leaving to mourn, her loving family, daughter: JoAnn, Pennsylvania; son: John, Montana; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Funeral service to take place at Bethel United Church, Sibley's Cove, on Saturday, July 15 at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Bethel United Cemetery, Sibley's Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethel United Church, Sibley's Cove c/o Wilfred Button, General Delivery, Lead Cove, NL, A0B 1H0.
