To Doris’ Family, We came to know Doris and Allan when they came to live in Victoria. A very fine, thoughtful, funny couple who loved to share their story. Doris was a young at heart lady — always with the latest fashion. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Whenever JoAnne would send her something she would always show it to me and say “JoAnne got that at JC Penney’s” for me. Our deepest condolences to her family. Doris’ Family, So sorry to hear of Doris’ passing. We will always remember her zest for life and her stories of her adventures like riding the mechanical bull and her son-in-law taking her for lunch in another state by helicopter! We’ll miss her tea biscuits and homemade bread. A memorable lady.

Doris was always so much fun. Here she is getting ready for our family Christmas photo in 2015. Just as we were getting set to take the photo, she pulls out a cap gun and scares the dirt out of everyone. She will be missed for sure.
