Sending our deepest condolences to the King/penny family’s I have many fond memories of Aunt Betty . Thoughts and prayers are with you all ❤️ Ken & Jack Around the kitchen table today, having lunch with Mom. Of course conversations lead to talk about Aunt Betty And Joan (butt). Story goes. Aunt Betty had my baby shower. Mom said “I didn’t have to get anything only a baby bottle, and the next day Joan brought me over that . Just thought I’d share lovely memories of my Moms ,and myself as well now! As it’s the First time I heard it !

Eddy and Family . I have known Betty ever since she came to Perry’s Cove . I remember how over the moon she was when she got you and how she was beaming with pride . Betty was a good friend of my mother . She visited her often even when she lived with me in Bay Roberts and while mom was in the nursing home. I loved to visit Betty to bring down moms church money ,so we could have a chat . She was a lovely lady and she will be missed by many . Helen Kelloway Seymour

Eddie, Carolyn & family; & Betty's sisters and brothers: Hertha and I were shocked and saddened to read of Betty's passing. We have shared many wonderful and many sad encounters over the years we spent on the Salmon Cove Pastoral Charge. Please know that we will hold you all in our thoughts and prayers as you gather to celebrate Betty's life. The Church was always an important part of Betty's life, and she always did what she could to keep things going. Blessings to you all as you give thanks for her life. Rev. One of my fondest memories with Aunt Bet, is us playing a lot of Scat out to Nan Penney's for pennies. She sparked my love of card & tabletop games. I cherise those memories, and it has carried on to this day I still attend 'Card nights' with friends and Family. I send my deepest condolences to the rest of the family. Love you Aunt Bet!
