Noel, Charles Donald - Passed suddenly away at the Harbour Grace Marina on Saturday, September 11, Charles Donald Noel of Carbonear, age 64 years. Predeceased by parents: Charles and Elizabeth; brother-in-law: David Nicholl; sister-in-law: Mary Nicholl. Leaving to mourn: wife, Doreen; one daughter: Jennifer Elizabeth (Howard Sheffer), Tottenham, ON; one son: Richard George Elliott (Nancy), Barrie, ON; two granddaughters: Jessica and Jenna; one sister: Margaret (Jay) Garvey, Tottenham, ON; brothers-in-law: Fred (Paula) Nicholl, Tottenham, ON and Rod (Joan) Nicholl, Clarenville; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family on Thursday, September 16 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, September 17 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Freshwater, Carbonear. A private family inurnment to take place in the United Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear. As expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Mazol Shriner's Hospital Patient Transportation Fund, PO Box 2385, St. John's, NL A1C 6E7.
