WRICE, Edward J. - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, September 5, 2010, Edward J. Wrice of Carbonear, age 88 years. Predeceased by wife: Hazel; daughter: Joanne; sons: Rodrick, John and Edward; brothers: Leo and Lawrence; sister: Mary. Leaving to mourn, five daughters: Theresa (Harold) Peddle, Harbour Grace, Rosemary Wrice, Carbonear, Madonna Wrice, Spaniard's Bay, Cynthia Kaloo, Guelph, ON and Debbie (Stanley) Conway, Carbonear; two sons: Jerome (Rowena) and Wallace (Mary), both of Carbonear; twenty grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; one brother: William, Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral mass to take place on Wednesday, September 8 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Carbonear. Interment in St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
