Judy Barnes,Kingston,Kings County, Nova Scotia is not the proper last surname. It should be Judy Banks. She is still renting at the same address and appreciates the copy of the funeral mass service of thanksgiving for Paul Trickett April 16,1961-August 17,2010 age 49 years.
Judy Banks still arrives at the table with a deck of cards taken from her purse. Frickett she states if something goes wrong and of course it thinking of Paul. Going to Paul Trickett's door was going to a friend of concern of sharing with others. His heart and home was open to new and old friends. He was always there if you needed him. Never do I feel he ever turned anyone away. Before Kingston apartment he was in Middleton,Annapolis County,Nova Scotia and it was in the backyard of the Bapitst Church and the Spectator Office. He shared what he had with others and is missed and spoken of often. We would appreciate any other photos and also would like to get the newspaper obituary date and paper it would have appeared in.
God Bless
Ann,Judy Banks not Barnes,Kingston,NS and also Charles Phillip and Pauline. Certainly the copies I have taken off will be appreciated with open arms and tears of his memory.
Thankyou for this note
Ann

To the Trickett Family I am shocked and saddened about hearing of Pauls passing...I remember him as a little boy making his many trips up and down Bunker Hill as that is when we both had grown up...and in later years we worked togeather one fall with the Town of Carbonear...I always found Paul to be a very quiet ,manerly, and quick with a smile or a joke, soft spoken, hard worker...his presence will be missed by all who have come to know him...Rest In Peace Paul

Madonna and families:Sincerely. An Irish Funeral Prayer Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Everything remains as it was. The old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no sorrow in your tone. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without effort. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting, when we meet again. Source: derived from a sermon written by Henry Scott Holland and delivered in St. Paul's (London) on 15 May 1910, at which time the body of King Edward VII was lying in state at Westminster. Although not originally derived from Irish writings, versions of this sermon have been used at many Irish and Catholic funerals over the years.

To the Trickett Family: Donna, Mildred, Johnny, Bernie and Jimmy. Sorry to hear of Paul's passing. I will always remember Paul as an outgoing, fun-loving person, always trying to make us laugh. We had some good times on Bunker Hill, especially on Bonfire night, when Paul was guaranteed to show up for a good time. Rest in peace, Paul.
