Dolores, I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I have many memories of your mom but they go back almost 40 years, when I lived in Salmon Cove and she lived (up the hill) next door. I was speaking to my mother (Vera Slade) yesterday and we were talking about some of those memories. The one I remember most is the Bridal Shower (back in 1972) your mom and my Aunt Francies Slade had for me. I remember the fun we had. I always remember Phyllis as a very happy person, always smiling and always there to lend a helping hand. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know that your mother will always be remembered by all the cherished memories she leaves behind. Judy Slade

Della, Delores, Guy, Ross & Bruce and Family, What can we say... our hearts are very saddened today. May the comfort of family and friends that surround you comfort you at this difficult time. Our family has many memories...but the best of all is when I asked William "who Knit you?" and his reply was Aunt Phyllis, and he never batted an eye..Goes to show you that even a kid at the age of 5 (at the time) was aware of what a great woman she was, volunteering and knitting for the Janeway. With all our LOVE Terrlynn, Guy & Grant
