SNELGROVE, Florence Jessie - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Friday, March 12, 2010, Florence Jessie Snelgrove of Lower Island Cove, age 80 years. Predeceased by husband: John Charles; parents: Kenneth and Margaret; granddaughter: Sarah; brothers-in-law: Henry, Simeon and William; sister-in-law: Florence. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Elnora (John), Ontario; three sons: Kenneth (Carol), Baxter (Sandra) and Cecil (Rose), all of Lower Island Cove; eleven grandchildren: Donna, Delores, Darren, Tammy (Frankie), Kimberley, Cory (Jenna), Tracy (Jason), Bradley (Kim), Krystle (Steven), Jason (Tessa) and DJ; four great-grandchildren: Abigail, Kirestan, Adrian and Landen; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Funeral service to take place on Monday, March 15 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. No flowers by request, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Music Fund, Lower Island Cove.
