Aunt Dola and Aunt Daph, So sorry to hear of Aunties passing. She will always be remembered for her kind heart and warm welcome anytime you would visit her and Uncle Will Ed. I remember visiting her and how she would always want you to have something to eat. Oh how I remeber the homemade cookies and tea biscuits that would be given to you. I will be always be grateful to how good she was to Mom over the last few years of Mom's life. She was always very close to Mom and even though Auntie was set in her ways we always knew she meant well for everyone. This stage of her life is now over and a new one begins. She is now rejoined with Uncle Will Ed and all those family and friends that have gone before her. She will be sadly missed. May You Rest in Peace, Tony Moores (great nephew)

Sorry to hear about the passing of your dear Auntie. I hope it gives you much comfort to know she has gone to be reunited with all her love ones and old friends. I remember as a very little girl how excited I would be to see their storm door open "down in the marsh", I loved to go visit her and uncle Will Ed when they came down from Carbonear for the week. I also remember how beautiful she looked, in her coat and hat, arm in arm, with Uncle Will Ed as they walked, "In on the hill". I will include her and all of you in my prayers.

To the Family of Dorothy: Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you give to God 'Auntie.' Though much distance separates us for you, we feel the need to send you our thougths - that many people are remembering Dortohy's quiet care. I was blessed to receive many cups of tea at her table over the years. Over the past couple of years at the Interfaith, as she would speak of the need to go home, I sensed a longing for a freedom. I pray that you are granted thanksgiving and hope that in the midst of this time of parting, you are assured that Auntie lives in the perfect gift of freedom that God assures through loving grace. Auntie lived in that grace as we are all called to live and rejoice in God's grace. Our prayers for strength for you are lifted this day. Rev Stephen and Beverly

To Aunt Daph & Aunt Dola, So sorry to hear about Auntie's passing. I have memories of her that I will hold dear to my heart. She loved to see me and my Kids comming to see her when she was at the home on the hill..she would fill my childrens belly's full of sweets. She would always say not to stay away as long I did for the next visit and tell me how much I reminded her of my mother. Hold your memories of her close to your heart and always remember that she is now with her loved ones befor her and I'm sure that Nan was there waiting for her. Thinking of you all.
