SNOOK, Rayfield Sterling - Passed peacefully but suddenly away at his residence on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, Rayfield Sterling Snook of Victoria, age 72 years. Predeceased by parents: Harry and Eliza; parents-in-law: John and Emeline Antle; brother: Leslie; brothers-in-law: Everett, Sidney and Henry. Leaving to mourn, wife: Helen; one son: Ray (Rebecca), Dildo; six daughters: Joyce (Blair) Button, Victoria, Dale (Gordy) Montague, North West River, Labrador, Tena (Dave) Feaver, Petrolia, ON, Brenda (Dave) Chaulk, Goose Bay, Labrador, Helen Stringer, Edmonton, AB and Sheila Peckford, Grandfalls-Windsor; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ralph (Ann) and David (Monette), both of ON; four sisters: Elizabeth (Adrian), New Mexico, Joyce (Chesley) and Louise (Howard), both of Victoria and Linda (Bruce), BC; sisters-in-law: Mildred, Pauline and Ada; brother-in-law: John (Yvonne), Victoria; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethel Pentecostal Church and Cemetery, Victoria. As an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Bethel Pentecostal Church, Victoria.
