Obituary of Marie G. Pike

PIKE, Marie G. - Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, Marie G. Pike of Harbour Grace, age 54 years. Predeceased by parents. Leaving to mourn, husband: Lorne; four daughters: Lorna (Scott) Carpenter and Verna (Michael) Griffin, both of Carbonear, Michelle (Carl) Pye and Violet (Curtis White), both of Harbour Grace; two sons: John (Amy), Harbour Grace and Lorne (Lisa), Carbonear; thirteen grandchildren: Jordan, Justin, Stephanie, Gregory, Courtney, Samantha, Cherish, Preston, Aileen, Johnna, Jonathan, Destiny and Serena; one great-granddaughter: Haley; one sister: Mary Burden and beloved cousin: Linda Jenkins, both of Carbonear; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, April 30 at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Marie G. Pike Memorial Fund.
