PRIDDLE, Dorothy E.- Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, Dorothy E. Priddle of Victoria, age 84 years. Predeceased by husband: Norman; son Karl, daughter: Daphne Hedges; grandsons: Donald and Trevor Deering; great-grandson: Nicholas Sellars; parents: Edward and Leah Baldwin; brothers: Ludwig, Nicholas, Clarence and Joseph; sisters: Emily, Laura and Winnie. Leaving to mourn: three daughters: Virginia (Don) Deering, Shearstown, Debbie (Berkley) Sellars, Western Bay and Cynthia (Lorne Squires), Conception Bay South; two sons: Paul (Betty), Carbonear and Edward (Debbie), Victoria; son-in-law: Noel Hedges, Carbonear; thirteen grandchildren: Sonya (Sean), Cindy (Robert), Todd, Michelle (Randy), Paul, Peter (Dana), Laura, Paula (Fred), Steven (Shelley Ann), Wally, Shawn, Deanne and Jason; eighteen great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law: John Priddle, Victoria; two, sisters-in-law: Ferna Priddle and Rosalie Penney; both of Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, November 1 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home Ladies Auxilary.
