Obituary of Frank C. Gillingham

GILLINGHAM, Frank C. - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen's Home, Carbonear on Sunday, February 26, 2012, Frank C. Gillingham of Ochre Pit Cove, age 71 years. Predeceased by parents: Ira and Emily Jane; sister: Mary. Leaving to mourn, one son: Dean Gillingham (Erica Mangrove), Ochre Pit Cove; three grandsons: Devon, Shane and Zachary; two brothers: Roy Gillingham, Adams Cove and Reg Gillingham, Ontario; two sisters: Mildred (Joe) Parsons, Buchans and Marjorie (Ivan) Pirece, South Carolina, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay with visitation hours by request of the family on Monday, 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Ochre Pit Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
