SHEPPARD, E. Kathleen 'Kay' - Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family and friends at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, June 19, 2008, E. Kathleen 'Kay' Sheppard of Harbour Grace, age 87 years. Predeceased by husband: William J.R.; daughter: Donna Humber; sisters: Evelyn Case, Grace Flight, Dorothy Yetman and Winnifred Stone; brother: Robert George. Leaving to mourn, grandson: David (Shannon) Humber, Harbour Grace; David's father: David Humber Sr., St. John's; special nieces: Rosemarie Pike and Patricia Bray, both of Harbour Grace, Dorothy Miller, Bay Roberts and Olive Moraze, Ontario; special friends: Lydia Downing, Betty Monks and Bridget Rose, all of Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 23 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
