BALDWIN, George T. - Passed suddenly but peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, George T. Baldwin of Victoria, age 75 years. Predeceased by parents: Nicholas and Beatrice; brothers: Bill, Bruce and Nick 'Rude'; sister: Venetta; infant sister and parents-in-law: Pearl and Wilson Morgan. Leaving to mourn, wife: Edith; two daughters: Rose (John) Crawford, Carbonear and Lynnanne (Robert) Davis, Victoria; two sons: George (Debbie), Keswick, ON and Gerry (Karen), Victoria; seven grandchildren: Matthew, Brandon, Hilary, Jonathan, Emily, Joshua and Devyn; three brothers: Fred (Muriel), Harbour Grace, Harry (Flo), NB and Stan (Susan), NS; three sisters: Evelyn (Charlie, deceased) MacMaster and Sybil (Ran) Cameron, both of NS and Joan Baldwin (Nancy), NB; sisters-in-law: Ute Baldwin and Brenda Baldwin, both of ON, Daphne Baldwin, Victoria, Elsie (Glenn) Hiscock, St. John's, Madeline (Stan) Noel and Gloria (Clarence, deceased) Forward, both of Carbonear and Lynn Morgan, ON; brother-in-law: Gerald Pitcher, St. John's; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear on Thursday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, August 16 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Victoria. A Private family inurnment to be held at a later date.
