Passed peacefully away at her residence on Saturday, November 4, 2023, Bernice P. Slade of Salmon Cove, age 78 years.
Predeceased by her parents: Warrick and Myrtle Slade; brothers: Nelson and Warren.
Leaving to mourn, three brothers: Lewis (Mildred), William (Gloria), both of Salmon Cove, and Samuel, Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, November 8 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral service to take place on Thursday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Water Street, Carbonear. Interment at Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Riverside United Church, P.O. Box 250, Salmon Cove, NL, A0A 3S0.
