Obituary of Mary Earle

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital, on Thursday, August 24, 2023, Mary Earle of Carbonear, age 88 years. Predeceased by husband: Clarence: son: Wallace; parents: Samuel and Margaret Mutrey; stepmother: Annie Mutrey; granddaughter; Mary Melvina; brothers: Melvin, John Will (Rose), Ronald; sister: Margaret (Stanley) Squibb, Jessie Green, and Shirley (Leonard) Penney; best friend: Evelyn Crocker. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Edna Osmond, Margaret (Garfield) Deering, and Stella (Ross) King; three sons: Hayward, Raymond (Wanda), and Stephen (Lisa); eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; five brothers: Samuel (Maureen), Robert (Nancy), George (Gladys), Charles (Gloria), and Clarence (Marie); two sisters: Linda (Peter) O'Leary, and Lydia (Clifford) Snow; sister-in-law; Doreen Mutrey; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to homecare workers, Ann Butt, Debbie Gallant, Lisa Cole, Grace May, Joan Thoms, Erica Butt, and Melissa Parsons. Also, staff of Carbonear General Hospital 6th floor and Dr. Dawn Howse for the love, support and care that was given to our mother. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Saturday, August 26 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7;00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, August 27 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, August 28 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in Bethany United Cemetery, Carbonear.
