Obituary of Eli Parsons

Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion on Friday, August 11, 2023, Eli Parsons of Salmon Cove, age 91 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Elizabeth; brothers: Oscar (Stella), John (Leone), Sandy (Elsie), and Ronald (Emma). Leaving to mourn, wife: Stella; two daughters: Renee (Bill) Ryan, Riverhead, Hr. Grace and Annette (John) Burton, Salmon Cove; son: Hubert (Helen), Salmon Cove; five grandchildren: Michael (Lori), Daniel (Sherry), Jeffrey (Megan), Ryan (Hilery), and Tyler (Andrea); four great-grandchildren: Avery, Lily, Peyton, and Nora; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, August 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove. Cremation to follow with burial at a later date.
