Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends on Monday, April 10, 2023, Arlene Case of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 85 years. Predeceased by husband: John E.; grandson: Kenny Morgan; parents: James and Thelma Stephenson; step-father: Alex Sherritt; brothers; Morley, Glen (Betty), Elgun (Doris), and Leonard; sister: Loretta (Charles); members of the Case family. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Deborah (Ken) Morgan, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; brother: Dennis Stephenson (Linda Sharpe), NB; sister: Velda (Tom) Winters, ON; special friends: Brenda Dean, Linda Sharpe, and Nell Morgan; special niece: Carol Ann Spurrell; fur baby: Cookie; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Tuesday, April 11 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 12 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove. Interment in Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
