Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, Angela King of Victoria, age 70 years. Predeceased by husband: George; parents: Willis and Rowena Antle; sister: Anne Spracklin; brothers: Leonard and Alvin Antle; brother-in-law: Wayne Slade; sister-in-law: Weslyn Cole. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Sharon (Jim) Butler, Bristol Hope; two sons: Darren (Marilyn), Victoria and Jodey (Theresa), Nova Scotia; five grandchildren: Tyler, Parker, Noah, Brady, and Valerie (Jaden); great grandson: Jack; seven brothers: Bob (Theresa) Antle, Carbonear, Ray (Bev) Antle, Victoria, Neil (Elizabeth) Antle, Winterton, Paul Antle, Alberta, Hughie (Louise), Antle, Winterton, Ananias Antle, and Victor Antle, both of Victoria; four sisters: Phyllis Mutrey and Elizabeth Reynolds, both of Carbonear, Sophie Slade - her best buddy and sister, Salmon Cove and Valerie Antle, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Sandra Antle and Nancy Antle, both of Clarke's Beach; brother-in-law: David Spracklin, Ontario; special children: Alexander and Amelia Taylor, Alicia King, Christina King, Dawson Deering, and Brandie Slade; her shed buddies; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Thursday, February 16 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, February 17 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, February 18 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, February 18 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Victoria. Interment in the United Cemetery, Victoria.
