TUCKER, E. Douglas - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Saturday, December 3, 2011, E. Douglas Tucker of Lower Island Cove, age 83 years. Predeceased by parents: Annie and Levi; brother: Fred and brother-in-law: Arthur Dawe. Leaving to mourn, wife: Eileen; brother: Chesley, Toronto, ON; sister: Effie Dawe, Conception Harbour; sister-in-law: Beatrice Tucker, Toronto, ON; brothers-in-law: Russell Green, Douglas Green and Ralph (Mary) Green, all of Lower Island Cove and Arthur Green, Toronto, ON; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay after 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, December 6 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Western Bay. Interment in the United Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
