DELANEY, Isabelle - Passed peacefully away after a short illness at Montfort Hospital, Ottawa, ON on Sunday, October 2, 2011, Isabelle Delaney of Harbour Grace, age 66 years. Predeceased by: husband: Philip; parents: Edward and Ellen Purcell; brother: Don; sister: Madeline. Leaving to mourn her pride and joy, two daughters: Kimberley (Shane) Parrott, Embrun, ON and Lauren Delaney (Charlie), Marystown; her grandson and special pride and joy: Mitchell Philip; three brothers: Ernest (Alice), Harbour Grace, Joe (Patsy), Labrador City and Brian (Maxine), Brampton, ON; four sisters: Mona (John) Healey, Mt. Pearl, Ethel (Brian) Hunt, Alberta, Christine (Mart) McCarthy and Carol Newman, both of Harbour Grace; dearest friend: Rosemary Fahey, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; three Godchildren: Danielle Healey, Dana Purcell-Pilgrim and Keith Fahey; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Grace. Cremation to follow. A private family inurnment will be held on Sunday, October 9 in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Carbonear General Hospital Palliative Care Unit c/o the TCP Health Foundation.
