I feel so blessed to have gotten to meet my kind and gentle, Uncle Harold. I'll cherish my memory of him and each soft-spoken conversation we had. I wish there had been many more. You were so easy to love, and your love for your family was remarkable. My sincerest condolences to Christine, Beverley, and Trudy and Uncle Harold's large circle of loved-ones. Rest in Peace, my dear Uncle.

Beverly, Trudy and family. We are so sorry to hear of Harold’s passing. I remember him quite well from the days you lived close to mom and dad. He fished with dad for many years and during this time, he must have learned to eat real fast. Dad would drop him off for lunch and I’m sure he wouldn’t have two bites gone when dad would be blowing the horn for him to go back down the cove. It was a good thing Harold was a quiet, patient man. On behalf of Clyde and myself, please accept our deepest condolences and know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers during the difficult days ahead.

Uncle Harold, you will forever be in my heart. I will always remember our time together. Thank you for playing guitar at Uncle Ray’s when my mom passed. Q: How would you describe Harold to someone who had never met them? A: Uncle Harold was a soulful, peaceful, man saying so much with his smiling eyes. His presence was always warm and caring. Thank you for being such a wonderful brother to my Mom . She valued every moment she spent with you and hearing about your beautiful daughters and grandchildren. I remember visiting the beach always meant we were able to visit with Harold and Christine. Precious memories I will cherish forever.
