Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Saturday, November 5, 2022, Juanita N. 'Wanda' Bastarache of Harbour Grace, age 71 years. Predeceased by daughter: Shelly; parents: Edward and Geraldine Slade; companion: George Mugford. Leaving to mourn, son: Steve (Jayme) Bastarache, St. John’s; three grandchildren: Michael, Makayla, and Madelin; two brothers: Gerald (Juanita) Slade, Carbonear and Howard (Susan) Slade, Harbour Grace; special friend: Carol Hunt, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family committal to be held at St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
