Obituary of Tara Cashin

Passed peacefully away at her residence on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, Tara Cashin of Harbour Grace, age 59 years. Predeceased by husband: Christopher; parents: Charles and Victoria Parsons; sister-in-law: Paulette Parsons; parents-in-law: Harold and Vera Cashin. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Cheryl (Andrew) Pike, Conception Bay South; two grandchildren: Hana and Gabriel; two brothers: Todd Parsons (Shelley), Harbour Grace and Tyrone (Pamela) Parsons, Fredericton, NB; four brothers-in-law: Wayne (Lois) Cashin, Mount Pearl, Tony (Lilian) Cashin, Calgary, AB, Terry (Janet) Cashin, Edmonton, AB, and Sean (Yvonne) Cashin, Harbour Grace; two sisters-in-law: Jocelyn (Ed) Thomey, Edmonton, AB and Joanne (Pat) Merrigan, Carbonear; special friends: Theresa Pike, Brenda 'Heidi' Sheppard, Sonia Williams, Herbie Verge, and Natasha Power; also a large number of other relatives and friends. At the family’s request, a private visitation and Celebration of Life Funeral Service was held at Noel’s Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Following the service, Tara and Chris were, together, interred at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
