Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, August 14, 2022, Doreen French of Harbour Grace, age 79 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Fannie Noseworthy; parents-in-law: Harold and Mildred French; brothers-in-law: Stephen Whelan and William French; sister-in-law: Sandra Noseworthy. Leaving to mourn, husband: George; daughter: Georgette; son: Nelson (Kim); three grandchildren: Nicole, Jamie, and Natasha (Collin); two brothers: Don (Alfreda) Noseworthy and Jack Noseworthy; two sisters: Bernice McGrath (Jerome) and Linda Whelan; special friend: Gerald McCarthy; special pet Jax; Also a large circle of loved nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday, August 19 at 2:00 p.m. from Coughlan United Church, Harbour Grace. At family's request, there will be no visitation.
