To Carol Ann and family and friends I was sadden to hear of Will's recent passing. I have fond memories of working with him at the plant in Carbonear during the Seacrest and OCI days. Always found Will to be a great fellow to work with and was such a dedicated and hard worker. I know he will be sadly missed. My deepest sympathy and condolences.
