CRUMMEY- Gerald 'Boivan' February 9, 1953- December 1, 2011 The family of Boivan Crummey of Mount Pearl sadly announce his passing on Thursday, December 1st, aged 58 years. Predeceased by father, Stanley Crummey; step-father: George Snook; mother-in-law: and father-in-law: Violet and William CR Sellars; brother-in-law: Raymond Peddle; sister-in-law: Mercedes Sellars. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife and best friend Carol; two daughters: Laurie (Neil) and Melissa (Jon); mother: Mary; sisters: Janice Peddle and Paula White (Sam); brothers: Doug Crummey (Crystal), Robert Crummey (Christine), Wayne Crummey (Carol) and John Crummey (Bonnie); sister-in-law: Sandra Simmons (John); brothers-in-law: Barry Sellars, Randy Sellars (Ann) and Blair Sellars (Leona); also a large number of family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commenwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, as well as from Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday. Funeral service to take place on Monday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. from McDowell United Church, Western Bay. Interment to follow at Western Bay North United Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Western Bay North United Cemetery Fund.
