Sending Our condolences to the Famliy of Mrs Kelloway . We knew Mrs Kelloway for a short time when she stayed at the home in Clarkes Beach . My husbands mother Viola Ralph was also a patient there but has since passed away. . My mother in law would eat in the dining area sometimes and she would be sitting with Mrs Kelloway . Helen and family, deepest condolences on the loss of your Mom. I have so many fond memories of her, having spent lots of time in her home while I was growing up, and again, in later years, whenever we’d visit my family. She was a wonderful lady and a great neighbour.

Helen and Family, Mike and I are saddened to hear the news of your Mom’s passing. When I was a young girl we came to Perry’s Cove every summer to see my grandparents, Robert & Leah Kelloway. Mildred and Roy lived just across the road and I was always welcome there. She taught me how to tie my shoes! In later years I was able to spend a little time with her again. Helen, having your mom in my life is something I will always treasure! Over the years, she has shared so many wonderful stories with me and I enjoyed hearing every single one! From her time as a young girl working in St Anthony , to camping at Bishop’s Field in the same community I live, to her time spent knitting and sewing among her other pass times. She always celebrated every occasion with us, right down to dressing in all red for Valentine’s Day! She will certainly be missed. But I can guarantee, her name will be mentioned often with a smile and warm feeling! Thinking of you!

It was my pleasure to know her during my time on the Salmon Cove Pastoral Charge. We had some great conversations when I would see her and Karen in my early years there. I still remember Karen giving out the bulletins at the Flower Service in Perry’s Cove, and your mom telling me about her camping trips.
