Obituary of William 'Bill' Torraville

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, April 2, 2022, William C. 'Bill' Torraville of Victoria, age 81 years. Predeceased by wife: Doreen; parents: Charles and Mary Ann; sisters: Muriel and Florence (Ambrose); parents-in-law: George and Mary Payne. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Marilyn (Darren) King, Cathy Butt, and Nancy (Paul) Pynn; son: Darren (Sandra); six grandchildren: Mark (Amanda), Sarah (Jeremy), Heather (Ian), Adam (Rebecca), Valerie (Jayden), and Kayla; three great-grandchildren: Hailee, Abagail, and David; sister: Hilda (Jack) Hiscock; brother: Harold (Nellie); a number of brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; special friends: Lew and Ross Cole; also other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Monday, April 4 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 5 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, April 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. The family respectfully ask for masks to be worn during the visitation and funeral service.
