Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, Wayne Marshall of Carbonear, age 75 years.
Predeceased by daughter: Valerie; parents: Eugene and Hazel; sisters: Mildred (Tom) Earle; Frances (Harold) Snow, Jean (Edward) Tanasychuk; parents-in-law: James and Louisa Parsons; sisters-in-law: Margaret Snow and Jeanette (Stirling) Penney.
Leaving to mourn, his loving wife of 54 years: Ella; one sister: Donna (Fred) Hiscock, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Murley (Don) Gillespie, Carbonear, Emma (Jack) Garnham, Toronto, ON; brothers-in-law: Fred (Marilyn) Parsons, Victoria, Sandy (Dawn) Parsons, Harbour Grace, and Dave Snow, Shearstown; special friend: Evan Parsons, Carbonear; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear on Thursday, December 16 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral service to take place on Friday, December 17 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation at makeawish.ca/donate.
