Obituary of Marion Alice Butt

Passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, Marion Alice Butt of Carbonear, age 88 years.
Predeceased by husband: John; son: Wayne; granddaughter: Lori Mercer.
Leaving to mourn her children: Sharon (Craig) Pilgrim, Ray (Editha), Geraldine (Cameron) Matchett, Sandra (Gordon) Mercer, Bob (Gelin), and Byron (Phyllis); thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters: Ruth Swyers and Florence Stratton; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private committal service will take place on Wednesday, February 24 at the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
