Obituary of Bertha May Clarke

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 1, 2019, Bertha May Clarke of Victoria, age 92 years. Predeceased by husband: Nathaniel 'Nath'; grandson: Jason Clarke; parents: Hayward and Bertha Slade (Ethel Slade Dean). Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Lima (Gary), Victoria; one son: David (Nancy), Ontario; two grandchildren: Katie and Josh; one great-grandson: Nicholas; also extended members of the Dean, Slade, and Clarke families; as well as a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Tuesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, Victoria.
