Obituary of Wendy Burke

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 1, 2019, Wendy Burke of Victoria, age 52 years. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Frances Burke. Leaving to mourn, one brother: Glenn Burke, Carbonear; one sister: Kelly Burke (Glenn Seymour), Carbonear; sister-in-law: Carolyn Pike, Victoria; niece: Katie; nephew: Peter; also a number of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place.  There will be no visitation. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Inurnment in the United Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Wendy Burke Memorial Fund, c/o Noel’s Funeral Home, 106 Water Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
