Obituary of William E. 'Bill' O'Rielly

Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, William E. 'Bill' O'Rielly of Western Bay, age 83 years. Predeceased by wife: Monica; parents: John and Mary; sister: Helen. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Marg (Tony) Wilcox, Fort McPherson, NWT; one son: John (Jennifer), Western Bay; four grandchildren: April (Jonathan), Kimberly, John Jr., and Jayden; three great-grandchildren: Aaron, Emma, and Jack; two sisters-in-law: Mary (Patrick) Doyle, Carbonear and Marie (Jack, deceased) Tizzard, Mississauga, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Thank you to the thoughtful nurses of the Carbonear General Hospital on the 7^th and 6^th floors, and a special thank you to Dr. Larson and Dr. Howse. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Saturday, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Monday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Inurnment to be held on Monday, May 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Cemetery, Western Bay. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Autism Society of NL, 70 Clinch Crescent, St. John’s, NL, A1B 4G8.
