Passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, Evelyn Noel of Victoria, age 63 years. Predeceased by parents: Earl and Hester Clarke; infant brothers: Terry and Earl; brother: Harold; parents in-law: Marcus and Nellie Noel; sister-in-law: Shirley Harris; brothers-in-law: Shawn Harris, Hubert White, and Les Dove. Leaving to mourn, husband: David; one daughter: Crystal Noel (Michael Dean), Victoria; one son: David (Michelle), Clarke’s Beach; one grandson: Griffin; two brothers: Earl (Claudette) Clarke and Terry (Paula) Clarke; four sisters: Ina Clarke (Allan), Margaret (Robert) Clarke, Hazel (Wayne) Parsons, and Muriel (Kevin) Byrne; sisters and brothers-in-law: Margaret Clarke, Mildred (Bud) Chafe, Harold (Sandra) Noel, Sylvia White, Marilyn (Jim) McCarthy, Mark (Diane) Noel, Nellie Dove, and Jesse Noel;  special friends: Marilyn Parsons, Beatrice Penney, and Lillian Parsons; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, October 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.
