To the White family; The Town of Victoria was sadden to hear of Art's passing. I had the opportunity to visit Art this pass Christmas and was so glad that I did. Art was well advanced in his sickness at that time but he knew me and talked about his home Town and some of the memories that stood out in his mind. We had some quality time together that I will always remember. Art worked for the Town for a period of time and was considered by everyone to be a hard worker. I also new Art as the Goal Keeper for the Victoria Bruins a position he played well. I hope it will be of some comfort to know that others are thinking of you and share in your loss. On behalf of Council, Staff, and Citizens of Victoria I express our sincere condolences to you and pray that God will be with you and comfort you during this most difficult time.
