To the family of Eileen: Please accept my condolence on Eileen's recent passing. She was my teacher at St. Columba's in Hr. Grace in Grade Six, and I remember her as a very kind and caring person and teacher. I do remember that she was strict in class, but then again, she needed to be with some of us, who sometimes forgot what we were in school for, and needed to show off our "hidden talents" humourous and otherwise. She will be forever in my memory as a lovely person to know, as I had the opportunity to speak with her many times as an adult out of school, and she was always very pleasant in her assessement of teaching at St. Columba's. Rest in peace kind and gentle woman.
