Obituary of Marilyn Butt

BUTT, Marilyn J. - Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Saturday, March 12, 2011, Marilyn J. Butt of Salmon Cove, age 53 years. Predeceased by: parents: Clyde and Inez Moores; father-in-law: Rupert Butt; brother-in-law: William Butt; special friend: Bonnie Butt. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Robin (Shawn) Slade, Salmon Cove; two sons: Rodney (Michelle) and Ryan (Amanda), both of Salmon Cove; their father: Garry Butt, Salmon Cove; seven grandchildren: Kyle, Kendra, Khloe, Austin, Hailey, Harmony and Hudson; six brothers: Lindsay (Mollie), Victoria, Jerry (Paula), Mahers, Clyde (Joy), Victoria, Lorne, Victoria, Tony (Imelda), Mount Pearl and Randy (Ivy), Victoria; one sister: Daphne (Robert), Victoria; mother-in-law: Melvina Butt, Salmon Cove; brothers-in-law: Lester (Sandra), Roy (Beverly) and David (Mary), all of Salmon Cove; sisters-in-law: Betty (Ray) Hussey, Mount Pearl, Patsy (George) Slade, Salmon Cove, Rose (Cal) Porter, Bay Roberts, Sylvia (Cecil) King, Lorna (Sam) King, both of Victoria and Dawn (George) Smith, Carbonear; Aunts: Joan Butt, Victoria, Daphne Colbourne, Carbonear, Dola Calan, Long Cove and Emily Moores, Victoria; friend: Bonnie Moores, Carbonear; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove. Cremation to follow.
