To The Clarke Family; The Town of Victoria is sadden to hear of Raymond's passing. I found Ray to be a very quiet and humble person. Ray kept to himself most of the time and didn't bother anyone. I sure he never had a bad friend in this world. Hope it will be of some comfort to know that others are thinking of you and share in your loss. ON behalf of Council, Staff and Citizens of Victoria I express our sincere condolences to you and pray that God will comfort your family at this most difficult time.
