So sorry to hear of Emma's passing. She was a great lady with a big heart who lived a long life with all of lives greatest riches--FAMILY. I remember as a little girl going down to Emma's or Ida's for a chat and a cup of tea. It has been a while since Nan, Emma and Ida have been together but at long last they are togther once more. RIP Emma. Emma will be missed greatly my thoughts and prayers are with the Flight family at this sad time.

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Emma. I can still remember the first time that I ever met her when I first started dating Gerald. There was a great big hug and kiss when I walked in the door and another one when I left. Every time we went over to see her at Christmas time is was the same thing am sorry that I never made it out to the funeral home and the funeral today, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Heaven has gained an angel! Our community has lost a kind hearted lady. The Flight families have lost the centre of their world. Always ready with a smile, a kind word and a nice cup of fresh hot tea was the way Emma greeted you. I'll always remember her as a "grandma" for her love for everyone showed and shone with such ease, it could only have come from above!
