so sorry to hear of john's passing. Never did i think that when my sister helen short died 2 mths ago that john would be gone this fast. He was a good friend to helen and to us. We always went to see john when we went down to hr grace. He is in a better place now and i'm sure he is visiting with all his friends from the river. He will be remembered in our thoughts and prayers
To all John's family my sincere condolances.I am Helen Shorts sister.I've know John for 37yrs.on my yearly visits to Hr.Grace.I always enjoyed his whit & his sharpe answers.I just spent 4 mths in Hr. Grace with Helen &I think he visited us every day.He is in a better place now.Maybe Helen & john are argueing already.I have very pleasent memories of John that I will treasure .Please accept my sympaties.
