MORIARTY, Ellen M.- Passed peacefully away at the Moncton Hospital, New Brunswick on Saturday, November 12, 2005, Ellen M. Moriarty of Riverview, NB, formerly of Harbour Grace, age 84 years. Predeceased by husband: James; infant daughter: Mary; son: Jimmy; brother: Clar; sisters: Eileen, Anne and Ida. Leaving to mourn five daughters: Brenda (Paul) Foster, New Hampshire, USA, Josephine Moriarty (Vern Gordon), Dartmouth, NS, Elaine (Robert) MacDonald, Antigonish, NS, Betty (Larry) Gagne, Ottawa, ON and Dianne (Reg) Shannahan, Riverview, NB; one son: Ronald (Moira), Ottawa, ON; nineteen grandchildren: Deanna (Darren), Kim (Rob), Stacey, James, Robert, Wendy (Jim), Laurie (John), Paul, Susan, Jim (Darlene), David, Jennifer (Chris), Lisa, Matthew, Stephen, Scott, Steven (Megan), Sean and Christopher; nine great-grandchildren: Danny, Delaney, Robie, Tyler, Diana, Ryan, Phillip, Lauren and Aiden; one brother: Tom (Rose) Quinlan, Red Head Cove; brother-in-law: Homer Slagle, Ohio, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE after 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 14 and from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Hr. Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
