DURNFORD, Annie- Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's on Sunday, September 18, 2005, Annie Durnford of Harbour Grace, age 77 years. Predeceased by husband: James Samuel; sisters: Olive, Winnie and Isabelle; brother: Bill; baby brother: Phillip. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Olive (Al) Moraze, Pembroke, ON, Stephanie (Gary) Byrne, Riverhead, Harbour Grace and Jayne (Gus) Gosse, Spaniard's Bay; seven sons: James (Mary), Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Rick (Helen), Harbour Grace, Phillip (Phoebe), Carbonear, Bill (Colleen), Port Hardy, BC, Roger (Pam), Grand Prairie, AB, Dana, Port Hardy, BC and Mark (Terrie), Medicine Hat, AB; one brother: Lewis (Helen) Sheppard, Carbonear; sister-in-law: Kay Sheppard, Harbour Grace; a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, HARVEY STREET, HARBOUR GRACE until 12:00 noon Thursday, September 22. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Annie Durnford Memorial Fund.
