UDELL, Mary E.- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, July 15, 2005, Mary E. Udell of Carbonear, age 87 years. Prominent business lady of Carbonear and member of the Newfoundland Business Hall of Fame. Predeceased by parents: John and Mabel; brothers: Graham, William, John and Alec; sister: Emma. Leaving to mourn brother: Harold (Bernice), St. John's; sister: Margaret Adams, St. John's and loving and devoted sister: Dorothy 'Dolly' Udell, Carbonear; sisters-in-law: Helen Udell, Carbonear and Rita Udell, St. John's; nieces: Marilyn, Jane (Phil), Elinor, Margaret (David), Janice, Joyce and Nancy; nephew: John; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 12:00 noon Monday, July 18. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church and Cemetery, Carbonear. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethany United Church, Carbonear or the TCP Health Foundation.
