Obituary of Agnes Jordan

JORDAN, Agnes- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, June 18, 2005, Agnes Jordan of Harbour Grace, age 94 years. Predeceased by husband, Michael; parents: Henry and Mary Hunt; granddaughters: Lisa Drake and Deborah Snow; sisters: Alice McCarthy and Annie Noseworthy; brothers: William and Harry; sons-in-law: Lionel Wheeler and Francis McCarthy. Leaving to mourn: six daughters: Mary Wheeler, Grand-Falls Loretta McCarthy (Mike Frampton), Corner Brook, Bernice (Ray) Snow, Harbour Grace, Beatrice Davidson (Fern Drouin), Cornwall, ON, Patricia (Dennis) Sutton, Harbour Grace and Pauline Gatherall (Richard LePine), Cambridge, ON; one son: Wayne (Catherine), Scarborough, ON; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; one sister: Mary Bray, Harbour Grace; a large circle of nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace and from where the funeral will take place on Tuesday, June 21 at 11:00 a.m. Mass to follow at 11:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. Flowers gratefully accepted or as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
