COLBOURNE, Daphne R. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, June 9, 2012, Daphne R. Colbourne of Carbonear, age 63 years. Predeceased by husband: Calvin, parents: Joseph and Rella Butt, brother: Graham Butt and sister: Inez Moores. Leaving to mourn, daughter: Velma (Lindsay) Parsons, Petawawa, ON; sons: Paul (Chancy) Moores, Calahoo, AB and Terry (Katrina) Moores, Paradise; seven grandchildren: Ashley, Blaine, Jordan, Kordel, Bailey, Rachael and Andrew; sister: Dola Callan, Long Cove; sister-in-law: Joan Butt, Victoria; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 11 at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church, Carbonear. Interment in St. James Anglican Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Newfoundland Lung Association. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
