REELIS, Vera 'Peggy' - Passed peacefully away at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, St. John's, on Thursday, June 7, 2012, Vera 'Peggy' Reelis of Burnt Point, age 55 years. Predeceased by parents: Charles and Florence Rogers; step-mother: Florence M. Rogers; brothers: Junior, Paul and Elliot; sisters: Anne and Frances; brother-in-laws: Melvin and Brian; Father-in-law: Gerald Reelis; Aunt: Frances Benson. Leaving to mourn, husband: Donald; daughters: Paulette Reelis (Eugene) and Sheila Reelis (Robert), both of St. John's; three grandchildren: Jessica, Leah and Laura; three sisters: Dora (Albert) King, Victoria, Glenys (Peter) Beesley, Carbonear and Florence Rogers, ON; three brothers: Roy (Lillian) Rogers, Will (Donna) Rogers, and Raymond (Dianne) Rogers, all of Ontario; step-brother: Gord (Dianne) Bursey, Brownsdale; mother-in-law: Arlene Reelis, ON; sisters-in-law: Louise Rogers, Vicki (Randy) King, Cheryl (Dave) Lawrence, Denise Reelis and Karen (Billy) Gillingham, all of Ontario; brother-in-law: Jerry Reelis (Jackie), ON; Aunt: Elsie Snow, Cupids; Good Friends: Linda Dwyer, Tom and Hilda Penney, Annie and Wilson Dale and Gladys Samson; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral service to take place on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. from Memorial United Church, Burnt Point. Interment in the United Cemetery, Burnt Point. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Peggy Reelis Memorial Fund.
